And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:9-10.
Good is something that cannot be compared with bad, they are just incomparable. For instance, you can’t mix a good fruit and a bad fruit together for eating. It is most likely that you must separate the good ones from the bad ones. You can’t also have the opportunity to choose between good or bad and you went ahead and choose what’s bad, that will be a disastrous step.
But this day, bad has mostly been preferred to good not because the good is no more there, but because the bad has been packaged as good to deceive the eyes.
Good is good, bad is bad simple. Our bible passage tells us to do good to all men, meaning that we should not exclude anyone from the train. Everyone we have the opportunity to do good to, we must do.
As a believer, we must practice the habit of doing good always. Because that’s what our father in heaven instructed us to do. We must make it our daily lifestyles. We mustn’t get discouraged even if we face opposition or distractions.
A teacher was teaching multiplication in mathematics and he started writing everything correctly on the board but all of a sudden purposely made a mistake at a particular point. After intentionally making the mistake, he continued with the rest of the teaching. But immediately he made the mistake, the student started laughing at him but they could not correct his mistake So the teacher now turn to the student that why are they laughing, they replied that he made a mistake while writing. The teacher now explains to them that he intentionally made the mistake in order to teach them a life lesson.
He now continued, and he said people will not praise you for 99% of good that you’ve done, but they will condemn you for 1% bad that you have done. So whatever good you are doing, keep doing them and you’ll always stand out as a winner.
There are many people who had stopped doing good long ago because they feel the good is hurting and is not paying them, or they feel foolish, stupid or condemn when they do it. Beloved, if you are among them, I encourage you having a change of heart today. Keep doing good and don’t stop doing it. There’s always a reward for any seed of good thing that’s planted. You will surely reap what you have sown.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7.
Beloveth, if you have been doing good, don’t stop doing it, keep doing it and you will get your reward. There is always a saying that “DO GOOD AND SEE GOOD”. If you take your time, resources, words or anything to take care of other’s people well being and needs, God will simply intervene and take care of yours too. That’s the logic, is as simple as that. And you will never lack anything good.
If you are reading this post and you haven’t surrender to Jesus Christ, take a bold step today and give your life to him so that he can give you a new heart and a new beginning. God bless as you. You will never miss your reward, remember keep doing good and God will never forget the labour of your love.
