But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 1 John 1:7.
There is a standard and level God wants us to be, because we all have sin, we’ve come short of that standard. But Jesus, the only son of God is here to restore us back to the standard God prepared for us initially when he made the heavens and the earth.
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2:1-2.
In the days of Old Testament, anyone who sins will either receives his judgment immediately or pay the price of offering a sacrifice by bringing different species of cattle. And if he or she is not careful when offering the sacrifice, he might be consumed with fire. The question is what if you don’t have any cattle to offer for your sins, who will pay the price for you? Thank God for the blood of Jesus Christ, the blood that speaks better things than the blood of Abel, the blood of Jesus Christ his Son that cleanseth us from all sin and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16.
God sent his only begotten son JESUS to save and deliver us from this sinful world so that through him the whole world might be saved.
Jesus will not only wash away your sins but also save and help you not go back to sin again, only if you abide in him forever.
Beloveth, no matter your rough past, no matter the sin you have committed in the past, Jesus is here today to wash away all your sins with his precious blood, he’s here to forgive you all your sins and remember them no more, but only if you surrender to him now.
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isaiah 1:18.
Beloved, The fact that the Jesus forgives all sins does not mean that we should continue sinning that grace may abide, my friend that will be a big disaster in our christian walk. Because whoever that’s in Christ is a new creature, old things are passed away and every thing has become new, that means the old life of sin is passed away and the new life has come in. Don’t go back to your vomit. (See 2 Corinthians 5:7)
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Romans 6:1-2.
WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?
- You must confess all your sins to him
- You must be born again
- You must forsake all your sins
- You must make up your mind never to go back to the life of sin again
- You must make up your mind to follow him. Matthew 11:28 says Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Don’t look at your past again, your past has nothing to do with him again, your past has nothing to do with the glorious future he has for you. Make up your mind to surrender to him now, so he can give you a new beginning.
If you want to surrender to him now, you simply say this prayer with me in faith and say:
Lord Jesus, i know I’m a sinner, i surrender all to you, i dedicate my life to you, i believe that you died for my sin and i confess with my mouth that you are the son of God, come in to my life now and be my savior, i will no longer live a life of sin again, from now on i will live to please you, please wash away my sins with your precious blood, give me a new life and a new beginning. Thank you for saving me i ‘m no longer a sinner, i ‘m now born again, in Jesus name Amen.
