Everyone is a custodian of one thing or more given to him by God, there is nobody God has not given anything. To one He gave five talents, to another He gave two talents, to another again He gave one talent. All have received something according to measure and grace.

His Lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’ Matthew 25:23.

There is something God has given each and every one of us as a custodian. Time, talents, treasures, resources etc. They are assets given for a specific purpose, they are not meant for personal gain, they are meant for the advance the kingdom of God.

Everything we have received from the Lord has a kingdom purpose to fulfill, they are not meant for personal consumption only.

God intentionally placed it in your hand so that you can expand His kingdom. He purposely put you in charge because you are the best person to oversee it.

Jesus has not promised to build your ministry; He has promised to build His church. When you channel your time, talents and treasure for the enlargement of the kingdom of God, He will also build your territory and enlarge your coast.

It is when you are being faithful in the little things that God has given you, that’s when He can entrust you with the bigger things of the kingdom.

It doesn’t matter how little the things you’re doing now for the sake of the kingdom, if you’re faithful, He will lift you.

David was faithful in keeping his father’s few sheep in the wilderness, little did he knew that taking note of his faithfulness towards his father’s business, and was also preparing him for the palace, when God located Him, He became the greatest king of Israel, and he’s still the most significant king of Israel till today.

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?  Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.  Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. Matthew 24:45-47.

Beloveth, if we will stay faithful to God, even in the small things, then we will be faithful in the more important things also. Then we’ll also have more confidence to handle more significant things for Him.

God’s business is our business; we must give it all as if everything depends on it. We must be very faithful and be accountable.

Every faithfulness you sow towards the advancement of the kingdom of God will be mightily rewarded. So stay faithful, use everything God has given you to promote and expand His kingdom and He will enlarge your territory. Be accountable, be a Faithful Steward.

God Bless You.
