Still working...

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9.

To be saved simply means to be delivered from the power of sin and hell. This can only happen by acknowledging Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

To acknowledge Jesus as your Lord and Savior is by believing in the redemption plan and accepting Him wholeheartedly, allowing him to rule and reign over your life forever without taking back your decision.

Being saved is not by the works of your hands neither is it the words of your mouth, but by the grace of God. Doing good does not mean that you are saved, you might be doing well but if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, you are not saved yet.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9.

Salvation is not by going to church. You might be going to church and yet you are not saved. For you to be saved, you must accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You must believe in His death and in His resurrection.

Maybe you must have heard that once saved is forever saved. Beloved, once saved is not forever saved. The truth of the matter is that you must work out your salvation with fear and trembling. You must carry your cross daily and follow Jesus till the end. You must disconnect yourself from sins and disassociate yourself from appearances evil. You must abide in Him and Keep doing His Will.

3 steps to Salvation

  1. Believe that Jesus died for your sins and He redeemed your soul from eternal damnation.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
    John 3:16.

  2. Confess your sins

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
    Romans 10:9.

  3. Invite Jesus into your life by confessing Him with your mouth and accepting Him as your Lord and Saviour. All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
    John 6:37.

If you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ now, simply pray this prayer with faith and say:

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge you as my Lord and Savior, I dedicate my life to you, I believe that you died for my sin and you resurrected. Today, I confess with my mouth that you are the son of God, come in to my life now and be my savior, I will no longer live a life of sin again, from now on I will live to please you, please wash away my sins with your precious blood, give me a new life and a new beginning. Thank you for saving me, I‘m now born again, in Jesus name Amen.

If just you prayed that prayer now, CONGRATULATIONS! You are now born again. I welcome you to the new life in Christ. What next now that you are saved?
