How to Exercise Your Faith to Get Results

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1.

Faith is not founded on what man says, but on what God says. Faith gives action for the power of God to manifest. If God says that without faith it’s impossible to please Him, it means we must take this subject of faith very serious in our Christian walk.

The Christian life is a life of faith. God is a faith God, and for anybody to live up to His expectation, he too must live by faith.

How Faith Does Comes?

Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Romans 10:17. Faith can be also activated by speaking the word of God. Jesus said, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes out from the mouth of God.

How to Exercise Your faith and Get Results

  1. Believe

The first thing you need to do to get result with your faith is to believe. God’s servant Smith Wigglesworth once said that he is not moved by what he sees, neither is he moved by what he feel, but he is only moved by what he believe.

Agree with the word of God and believe. Settle it in your heart and believe that the word is as powerful as the one who spoke it. Believe in the efficacy of the word of God that it is able to do and perform what it says it will do and you will see the glory of God.

  1. Act Upon it

Faith is to believe and act on God’s word in order to commit Him to do what He says He will do. The proof that you actually believed God’s words is by acting upon it

The mother of Jesus said to the people at the wedding in Cana, whatever He tells you to do, do it. The word may not make sense to you but just do it anyway. Faith and action activate the miraculous.

You may be certain that if you accept God’s Word and act on it, He is watching over that Word to make it good in your life. All you need to do is to act on the Word. It is very important that you learn this simple little lesson. Acting on the Word is not struggling. It is not crying. It is not praying. It is simply acting on what God has spoken, and that brings results. Kenneth Hagin.

  1. Doubt Nothing in Your Heart

After you have believed, act upon the word, the next thing is not to doubt anything in your heart. Guard your heart with all diligence. If you don’t guard your heart, you will be robbed of what you believed. You need to stand firm and doubt nothing in your heart. Shut the door at every doubt and fear, don’t entertain any of them.

  1. The Victory is in Your Mouth

He shall have whatever he says. Mark 11:23.

The bible says out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. Sometimes, the faith that you need to overcome in life is not just in believing, is not just in acting, is not just in removing every doubt in your heart, but is in just making the right confession with our mouth.

The speaking part is very important be the bible made it clear that you shall have what you says not what he thinks. It means the words in your mouth are powerful enough to give you your desired victory. Proverbs says a man shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth.

Speak forth faith words, until your cloud is full of rain of great manifestation.

     5. Give Thanks

Finally, Faith is actually thanking God for something you possess that has not yet materialized. However, you know it is yours and you possess it even without seeing it.

Beloved, God does not need our help to do anything for us. He only demands that we believe in His ability to do anything we may require to live fruitfully. Our faith is the key that unlocks God’s supernatural works. It enables us to approach the Lord with confidence and assurance that whatever the situation, God “is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think”. Your little faith, like the mustard seed can accomplish great things.

Remain ever blessed in Jesus name.
